Who among us doesn’t have strong associations with the scent of freshly brewed coffee? Even those who never drink it have certainly smelled it-in restaurants, when visiting friends, in offices, at social gatherings.

Smell the scent of the roasted, ground seeds (called beans) or brewed coffee to stimulate the conscious mind. You needn’t drink it; simply savor its fragrance.

If you’re faced with two decisions and are gaining no ground in deciding which course to take, calm yourself. Visualize yourself standing in the woods at the fork of a road, with two paths stretching out on either side of you. Smell the rich aroma of coffee and you will know which path to take.
