===== Aromatherapy ===== Not to be confused with [[neroli]], niaouli is a far different essential oil with an unusual scent. It resembles eucalyptus but has a rich, almost pine-like note. The aroma is fantastically refreshing and invigorating. Niaouli essential oil is useful in overcoming “psychic attack,” whether real or (as is usually the case) imagined. I define psychic attack as the conscious, willful direction of negatively-charged energy toward a specific person with the intention of causing harm. To combat psychic attack, perform the following rite upon waking, several times during the day and just before going to sleep. Sit in a quiet place. Still your mind. Sprinkle a few drops of niaouli oil onto a cotton ball. Inhale the strong, fresh aroma. As you inhale, visualize its energies mixing with yours, forming an impenetrable barrier against all negative energies which may be directed toward you. Continue to breathe in the fragrance until you feel you’ve done enough. When you’re finished, place the cotton ball in a small plastic bag and carry it with you wherever you go. Whenever you feel the need throughout the day, use the same cotton ball for later repetitions of this simple but powerful ritual. The scent of niaouli essential oil is not only refreshing and protective, but also stimulates our bodies to heal themselves. Inhale the aroma and visualize. Inexpensively priced, niaouli oil is one of my favorites.
