This is another cat-themed tarot deck. As decks go, it's a pretty straightforward retelling of the Smith-Waite standard. There isn't a whole lot of symbolic depth to the cards. The illustrations are really nice, and this is a fun deck to play around with, but it lacks what I prefer in a deck for serious reading.
The included book is complete but somewhat sparse. About a quarter of a page is dedicated to each card, with relatively generic description that don't really relate to the actual card imagery. That said, it's a nice deck if you just read with memorized card meanings.
Production Quality
Although the book is small, it's full-color and well-made. The cards are very nice, with a matte finish and heavy cardstock that isn't too thick to shuffle. As with all my decks I sleeved this one, but you could probably get away without sleeves. The box is a telescoping gift box style, but it's pretty slim and fits nicely on a bookshelf.
