    I have another deck illustrated by Wil Worthington (the Wildwood Tarot), and knew when I bought this deck that his cartoony face aesthetic wasn't my favorite. That hasn't changed, but the depth of his imagery is growing on me, and I've used this deck for a few readings for my husband with excellent results on his part. He's easily put off by deck art, and he's gotten something out of every reading we've done with this deck.

    The Greenwood Tarot is a well-known Tarot deck that has been out of print for some time (as of September 2020). It's apparently coveted by a lot of Tarot readers and collectors, but I find the artwork pretty juvenile and unappealing. What's much more interesting is the wheel of the year methodology created by the artist. She has generously provided her own thoughts on the cards and the wheel of the year at the deck's official website,

    This was an impulse buy on a clearance rack at Barnes & Noble, and it's really no surprise that's where I found it - this deck is terrible. The artwork is mostly photo collages with Photoshop filters applied, which is one of my least favorite aesthetics. The book has a lot of content, but the deck style and images chosen just make no sense at all to me.
